"It is with humor, wonder and curiosity that I attempt to show the intersection of emotions and physical being. My latest works are inspired in art history and I have added a layer of artistic interpretation"
Originally from Canada, raised in the United States, Cynthia lived and studied in Asia. She uses her training in Social Sciences and knowledge of Art History to bring to the viewer an intersection of emotions and the physicality of the being. Sculpting from live models with a sense of wonder curiosity and humor, she tries to expose the essence of how we face the world. She strives to interpret expression through the gestures of movement and form.
